30-Day Easy Returns

Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, tags, and included documents are returned
  • The item is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@grelst.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

In these cases, Grelst will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

For shipping damage claims, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Sizing issues
  • Personal preference
  • No longer wanting the item

You may still return the product within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions above.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Need a different size, color, or item?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@grelst.com, and our team will guide you through the exchange process.


Item Not Received

If your package has not arrived, please contact us at info@grelst.com so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

How to Start a Return

    We will send you a pre-authorized return address and detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely
    Include all accessories, tags, manuals, and original packaging.
  4. Ship the Return
    Send the package using a reliable shipping carrier according to the instructions provided.

⚠️ Important: Returns must be pre-authorized before being sent. Our business address is not a public drop-off location.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • No restocking fees apply
